The Stanwood Engineering Story So Far ............

 Established in 1953 by Stan Berry in association with 2 other Directors Frances Woods and  
 Jack Hunter, Over the years Stanwood Engineering has gained an enviable reputation 
 quality  engineering and deadicated customer service.

 In 1993 Chris Weston-Taylor was invited by Philp Berry (founder Stan’s son) to join the
 company and assist in further developing the business throughout an ever changing
 environment of engine reconditioning, precision engineering and associated parts sales.

 In  recent years the company was jointly owned by Phil and Chris up until November
 2010 when Philip reached the age of 65 and decided to retire
 along with his wife to their Car Enginebeloved North Yorkshire cottage.

 Many changes have taken over the years at Stanwood including
 continuing to offer thier traditional workshop engine remanufacturing
 services, plus a larger range of OEM parts for PERKINS, CUMMINS,

 Over the last 7 years the company has further enhanced it 
 reputation for motor engineering excellence by developing our PERFORMANCE ENGINE
To date 5 Championships have been one won which has resulted in the
 PERFORMANCE ENGINE side of our business being appointed as the official engine
 builder for the GINETTA JUNIOR and G20 Racing Series.

 With total customer satisfaction and responsive service in mind, all our experienced team
 continue to focus on developing our expertise, both on and off the track.
